Dr. Dre is an American record producer, rapper and entrepreneur. He is the founder and current CEO of Aftermath Entertainment and Beats Electronics and was previously the co-owner and artist of Death Row Records. He has produced albums for and managed the careers of many rappers, including Snoop Dogg, Eminem, Xzibit,50 Cent, The Game and more recently Kendrick Lamar. He is credited as a key figure in the popularization of West Coast G-funk, a style of rap music characterized as synthesizer-based with slow, heavy beats.
“Still D.R.E.” was released in October 1999 as the lead single from Dr Dre’s second solo album, 2001. The song, co-written by Jay-Z, features vocals from Snoop Dogg on the intro, chorus and outro (taken verbatim from Wikipedia).

Still is an adverb, and it means an action started in the past, is continuing and has not stopped. It does not begin or end sentences, and it always takes mid-sentence position.
